Gracie is a young basset hound mix. She has a great deal of endurance, so she enjoys taking long walks. Patience is definitely a virtue when it comes to training Gracie. Unless you can persuade her that it's something she wants to do, she can be stubborn and difficult to train. But...if you are up to the challenge and have or would like to have a daily exercise regimen, Gracie may just be the girl for you. ****UPDATE**** Remember me? I'm Gracie and for some reason all of the other dogs are getting all of the attention. No wonder I don't like their company! I am a three year old basset hound mix and I have been at Blue Chip for some time now. I like other dogs and cats, and would prefer to live with atleast one other dog. Would you please come and visit me? Take me for a walk, fall in love and take me home!

Markus and Sugar need a loving home. Either for foster or adoption. Their life started with humans who showed them no live or compassion.. neglect and abuse was their learned experience from almost birth. so they're trust level is limited. They will open up and learn to love humans but this is going to take time and patients. They love each other very much. They enjoy their playground time and are a joy to watch. They flip and bounch, Bink and boink to their hearts content. Over time they will be wonderful house pets. If you can foster we can provide their startup needs. If you would like to adopt them we can offer anything you need to get started at minimal cost. Please consider this sweet bonded pair, because everybunny matters.
Peter and Luna had a rough beginning. they were rescued from a high school who planned on using them as a class project for breeding. A compassionate student noticed they were being abused and got them out of there. Luna has a broken ear from the abuse, but she sports it well. We think she thinks its how she caught Peters eye! They both are loving, like to be petted and love the attention. like most rabbits they really don't like to be picked up for very long. They will over time allow more handling once they establish trust. They would do better in a home with older children. They love to run free in the house or in a designated play area. They are currently litterbox trained and can be trained when entering a new home. Rabbits need daily exercise and room to run and explore. Cages are not recommended as their full time environment.
