Oscar is a 9 year old multi digit boy who is the by product of excessive, uncontrolled breeding .
It's so unfortunate that he and his 40 or so siblings have ended up at a shelter attempting to be cuter than the next cat in order to find a home .

We need to do better by these precious creatures , they are depending on us to make good decisions on their behalf .
